A Closer Look at ToyotaCare

The Weiss Toyota Service Department in St. Louis is proud to be a part of the ToyotaCare program!  Let’s take a closer look at the program.

Service Maintenance
The ToyotaCare Program offers owners a no cost maintenance plan with roadside assistance, service reminders, and record keeping.  The complementary maintenance plan will cover normal factory recommended maintenance for 2 years/25,000 miles.  The 2 years/25,000 miles start at the time of purchase and coverage pertains to whichever instance occurs first.  The 24-hour roadside assistance is also complimentary for the first 2 years and starts at the time of purchase.  The 24-hour roadside assistance portion includes complimentary towing, winching, battery jump starts, fuel delivery, tire service, and lockout protection.

Upon purchase of a new Toyota with ToyotaCare, owners can expect to receive a welcome kit outlining all services in full detail.  The welcome kit will arrive within 30-45 days of the vehicle’s purchase.

Owners do not have to have ToyotaCare maintenance performed at their original dealership.  Complimentary maintenance can be performed at any participating Toyota dealer in the continental United States and Alaska. Participating dealers have to perform all Toyota Care complimentary maintenance.

Any additional services recommended by Toyota mechanics, that are not outlined in the vehicle’s Scheduled Maintenance Guide, are not covered by the ToyotaCare plan.
