Get Your Used Toyota Cars Ready For Weather

  • Make sure your routine maintenance is up-to-date.
  • Get your oil changed and ask your technician what oil is best to use in your car during the colder winter months.
  • Get new windshield wipers.  The last thing you want to do is get caught in a snow storm with inadequate wipers and find yourself unable to see the road ahead.
  • Get your tires checked out.  Make sure the tread is still going strong and that the air pressure is holding as it should.  Consider purchasing a special set of tires that will only be used during the winter months that will increase the longevity of your tire life over the years.
  • Stock your truck with the necessary emergency supplies in the event that bad weather gets the best of you or your car and you need it the most.

  • A bag of sand or salt to help gain traction if stuck in snow
  • A case of water and some non-perishable foods

Recently autonews.com interviewed Jack Hollis, the Marketing Vice President of the Toyota Division.  Hollis touched on some important factors of selling Toyota cars in this upcoming year.  One thing is for sure, marketing across all businesses will not be able to overlook the power of social media this year.  It has quickly become a rising star in the world of business and sales and people of all ages are turning to it when shopping for products.
