Financing your Auto Access Seat Minivan

oyota’s new program will provide a cash reimbursement of up to $1,000 to be used toward the cost of any/all aftermarket adaptive equipment or conversion for either the driver and/or passengers. This reimbursement is only available if the aftermarket equipment has been installed on eligible leased or bought new Toyota vehicles.When a customer is under this program the reimbursement, to be paid in cash, will be provided for the precise amount that was paid to buy or install qualifying adaptive passenger or driving equipment for transporting and persons with physical disabilities. This offer is available to all leased or bought Toyota vehicles. While this seat is not excluded to it will apply toward the Toyota Factory Installed Auto Access Seat.

An applying customer can expect their payment to be delivered within six-eight weeks after all of the necessary paperwork has been completed. Any unfinished paperwork will delay the payment of the cash reimbursement that is expected.

• All leased vehicles will necessitate a written approval for the adaptive equipment installations. In order to receive payment for the adaptations made.
• Only those vehicles that have been sold or leased and delivered to an authorized Toyota MotorSales, U.S.A. Inc. dealer are eligible for this program.
• The adaptive equipment must be installed within 12 months of vehicle buy or lease.
• In order to receive reimbursement the Reimbursement Application Form must be given to theToyota Mobility Assistance Center before 90 days after complete instillation of the adaptiveequipment
• Only “aftermarket alteration or equipment installation on an eligible Toyota vehicle that provides to the disabled user convenient access and/or the ability to drive the vehicle” is to be considered qualifying adaptive equipment
